What is ISO 21001 and why audit against it?
ISO 21001:2018 sets the requirements for an Educational Organizations Management System, the framework schools, universities, training centres, and online learning providers use to raise learner satisfaction and standardise how education gets delivered. The standard follows the ISO 9001 high-level structure, so an auditor who knows quality management systems will recognise the clause architecture immediately.
An ISO 21001 audit tests whether an educational organisation meets those requirements in practice. Auditing against the standard tells learners, parents, regulators, and funding bodies the institution runs on evidence rather than intent.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- TÜV Rheinland Philippines reserves the right to postpone or cancel public courses for valid reasons.
- Unless the cancellation is initiated by TÜV Rheinland Philippines, all fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
- Cancellations made five days or fewer before the training date are non-refundable, and full fees will be charged.
- Substitute delegates may be nominated at no extra cost, but their details must be provided at least three business days before the training date.
