    You can find the right training for you by first considering your needs and goals. What are you hoping to learn or achieve by taking a training?     Booking process

  • How do I book a training?

    To book a training, you can visit our list of training courses and click on the "Book Training" button. This will take you to a page where you can enter your contact information and select the training you want to book, and after which you can choose your payment method.
  • What are the payment options?

    You can pay by invoice or by credit card. You will receive the invoice from us by e-mail after your booking. When paying by credit card, the amount will be debited directly from the specified card. We offer credit card payments in cooperation with the payment provider Adyen.
  • What are the cancellation and refund policies?

  • How do I make changes to my booking?

    If you need to make changes to your booking, you can contact us to assist you.
  • I need a custom outline of a particular or request for in-house training.

    You can visit the training page you’d like to request and click on “Request training”. This will take you to a page which you will need to fill out so we can get back to you with your particular request.

    Customer account and registration

  • Is a customer account required to book a seminar?

    Bookings as a guest are also possible. When you book as a registered customer, you gain access to previously booked or cancelled seminars, convenient storage and modification of your billing data, and the ability to save interesting seminars for later.
  • How do I create a customer account?

    You can register for an account or log in if you already have one at During the booking process, you will also have the option to register. Please keep in mind that your account will not be activated until you confirm the registration email.
  • Why have not I received an email confirming my registration?

    Check your spam folder first. If you have not received an e-mail, you can have it sent to you again when you register. To do so, go to and enter your e-mail address and password and follow the prompts. If you have not received an email from us, please contact us.
  • What should I do if I forget my password?

    You can request a new password at Enter the e-mail address under which you have registered with us.

  • How to go to TÜV Rheinland Philippines office?

    From Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), Philippines:
    • By Taxi or Private Car: The easiest way to get from NAIA to TÜV Rheinland in Makati City is by taxi or a private vehicle. It is approximately 9 km away and will take about 30-60 minutes, depending on traffic.
    • By Public Transport: Take the airport shuttle bus (NAIA Shuttle/ UBE Express) from the airport to the Pasay Rotonda station. From there, take the MRT-3 (Metro Rail Transit) northbound and get off at the Magallanes station. From the station, you can take a jeepney or walk 450m to TÜV Rheinland Philippines.

    From different parts within Metro Manila:
    • By Taxi or Rideshare Services: A taxi or rideshare (Grab) is the quickest and most straightforward method. The travel duration is approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions.
    • By Public Transport: The easiest way is to take any MRT-3 stations and get off at the Magallenes station, then walk about 2 mins towards La Fuerza Building 1, 1231 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City.

    Please note that travel times are approximate and can vary greatly depending on the time of day and traffic conditions. Always allow extra time for your journey, especially during peak times. It's also advisable to check the current situation of public transportation, as there might be changes due to current events.
  • I’ll be flying in to participate in a training, could you recommend hotels within the 5-km radius?
