ISO 21001:2025 Awareness Training introduces the concepts, principles, and requirements of the international standard for management systems in educational organizations. ISO published ISO 21001:2025 in July 2025 as the second edition of the standard, replacing ISO 21001:2018 and revising the assessment requirements to reflect current best practices in educational evaluation.

Philippine education is shifting from a provider-learner dynamic to a collaborative partnership, and regulators expect structured quality systems. CHED Memorandum Order No. 6, series of 2023 requires autonomous and deregulated universities to implement an Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS). This seminar equips school leaders to adapt service delivery, meet the expectations of learners and beneficiaries, and demonstrate institutional credibility to CHED, DepEd, and TESDA.

What is ISO 21001:2025? ISO 21001:2025 is the international standard for Educational Organizations Management Systems, published in July 2025. The second edition replaces ISO 21001:2018 and revises the assessment requirements to reflect current best practices in educational evaluation.

Is ISO 21001 required in the Philippines? CHED Memorandum Order No. 6, series of 2023 requires autonomous and deregulated universities to implement the ISO 21001 EOMS. Other institutions adopt the standard to strengthen quality assurance and institutional credibility.

Does ISO 21001 apply to basic education and TESDA providers? Yes. The standard applies to any organization using a curriculum to develop competence, from basic education schools and HEIs to TVET centers and e-learning providers.

What changed from ISO 21001:2018? The 2025 edition technically revises the 2018 version, with the main changes in assessment-related requirements. Organizations certified to the 2018 edition transition to the new standard within the defined timeline to keep certification valid

CANCELLATION POLICY

TÜV Rheinland Philippines reserves the right to postpone or cancel public courses due to valid reasons.
Unless cancelled by TÜV Rheinland Philippines, all fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
Cancellations made five days or fewer before the training date are non-refundable; full fees will be charged.
