ISO 21001:2025 Documentation Training equips Philippine educational institutions to establish, manage, and transition their EOMS documented information from an administrative burden into a strategic asset. ISO published ISO 21001:2025 in July 2025 as the second edition of the standard, replacing ISO 21001:2018. The 2025 revision moves documentation beyond traditional paperwork toward digital integration, equity, sustainability aligned with UN SDG 4, and measurable learning outcomes.

The course examines the documentation requirements of ISO 21001 clause by clause, covering their intent, importance, and the split between maintained documented information (documents) and retained documented information (records). A hands-on workshop guides you through preparing the mandatory documents for your own institution.

What is documented information in ISO 21001? Documented information covers both documents and records. The standard uses maintained documented information for documents such as policies, the EOMS scope, and process descriptions, and retained documented information for records kept as evidence of results.

What changed in the 2025 revision? ISO 21001:2025 technically revises the 2018 edition, with the main changes in assessment-related requirements. The course maps every documentation change between the two versions.

Which documents does ISO 21001 require? Mandatory documents include the context of the organization, the needs and expectations of learners and other beneficiaries, the EOMS scope, the EOMS and its processes, and the EOMS policies and objectives, plus the records each clause names. The workshop walks through the full list.

Is the course available live online? Yes. The course runs in Live Online Training or face-to-face real-time mode, and the documentation workshop works in both formats
