ISO 21001:2025 Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) Awareness
ISO 21001:2025 Awareness Training introduces the concepts, principles, and requirements of the international standard for management systems in educational organizations. ISO published ISO 21001:2025 in July 2025 as the second edition of the standard, replacing ISO 21001:2018 and revising the assessment requirements to reflect current best practices in educational evaluation.
The Philippines education is shifting from a provider-learner dynamic to a collaborative partnership, and regulators expect structured quality systems. CHED Memorandum Order No. 6, series of 2023 requires autonomous and deregulated universities to implement an Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS). This seminar equips school leaders to adapt service delivery, meet the expectations of learners and beneficiaries, and demonstrate institutional credibility to CHED, DepEd, and TESDA.
At the end of the training, you will be able to:
- Explain the foundational principles of an EOMS and the specific requirements of the ISO 21001:2025 standard.
- Identify, conceptualize, and manage EOMS documented information requirements aligned with Philippine regulatory frameworks (CHED, DepEd, TESDA) through risk-based thinking.
- Evaluate the role of Internal Quality Audits (IQA) and institutional management reviews in sustaining academic excellence.
