Microorganisms that are hazardous to health are often transmitted via food - mostly through contact with dirty hands, work surfaces or kitchen utensils. In this training, you will learn how to reduce this health risk to a minimum through hygienic food handling and systematic cleaning and disinfection - and thus protect yourself and others.
