FMEA is used in the potential failure and potential effects analysis for product / system / sub-system and/or processes during new product / process design development process in project management. All potential effects should be given consideration and root causes would be identified through this systematic approach. Preventive action would be taken based on FMEA analysis to guarantee product quality and reliability.
