8D also called "Team Oriented Problem Solving (TOPS)", is one of the trouble shooting approaches in Ford Motor Company which used in quality issues as well as manufacturing process performance lower than expectations. This training course would assist participant to probe and apply 8D process and skills systematic, and solve problems from the root cause level. As the additional benefit, this course also help participant to establish a preventative system to avoid the likelihood of problems to occur.
