Target group
Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) (TÜV)Requirements
For recertification:
- Letter of Intent for Certification Renewal (in pdf with e-signature)
- Documented Participation (Certificate of Completion) in a relevant further training comprising a minimum of 8 hours teaching units (e.g. 8-hour DPO Recertification Refresher Course) during the validity period of the certificate & re-certification examination (e.g. PersCert Certification Hub Online Examination)
- Proof of continued professional experience (certificates and/or attendance records) with tasks relevant to Data Privacy Protection ( one proof per year within the validity period of Qualification Title as Data Protection Officer/ Trainer/ Data Policy Making Committee member
Or
- Proof of a minimum of related application (e.g. Audits or list of 5 written expertise carried out or produced during the period of initial certification. The certification body chooses 3 written expertise(s) that are to be presented for purposes of evaluation in anonymous format

- Fees are inclusive of training materials and certificate.
- Unless specified in the course brochure, training fees subjected to a 12% VAT.
- All participants are required to pay 50% down payment before the first day of the training.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- TÜV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to postpone and cancel public courses.
- Unless cancelled by TÜV Rheinland Philippines, training fees are non-refundable.
- Participants with late cancellation (five days prior the training schedule) will not be refunded. Full amount of the training fee will be charged and invoiced.
- Transferability: If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend in your behalf. Please provide the name and title of the substitute delegate
